Waste Collections

The Vale of White Horse District Council provides updated information about these services on its website

Household and garden waste collections are running normally. There may be occasional disruption due to staff shortages so residents are asked to leave them out for 3 days and they will aim to get back and empty them. If this is not possible after three days please bring them back in and they will empty them at the next scheduled time.

The bulky waste collection service has been restarted – online orders only – more here.

Collection of special items such as batteries, small electrical items and textiles etc has also been resumed.
